We Help People With Acquired Brain Injuries
Brain Injury Services provides a full range of rehabilitation programs and services for individuals living with the effects of acquired brain injuries. We offer everything from supervised 24-hour-a-day complex residential care, to transitional living arrangements, to independent living supported by an extensive community services program.

There are two distinct ways to access our programs and services:
Gateway 1: Step Up! ABI Recovery. This division of Brain Injury Services provides services specifically for people who have private funding. Please see the Step Up! ABI Recovery button below:

Gateway 2: People who do not have access to private funding would seek services by remaining on this website.

Brain Injury
Services is
recognized by Hamilton Immigrant Workforce Integration
Network (HIWIN) as Diversity Friendly Employer. The
agency became an official partner of HIWIN, whose goal
is to facilitate the smooth integration of immigrants
into workforce and to improve access to employment opportunities
for immigrants in the Hamilton community.

Employees of Brain Injury Services are fluent in over 15 different languages. The geography of these languages covers the whole world: from Italian and Portuguese to Swahili and Khmer. The agency also employs a dozen of staff who are fluently bi-lingual in both official languages.
