Admission / Referral Process

During the admission process, the Manager, Clinical Programs provides necessary support to applicants and their support network. The Manager, Clinical Programs provides case management services and assists with making appropriate referrals in the area.

To determine if Brain Injury Services of Hamilton can provide the appropriate service, each application is reviewed on an individual basis.

Criteria:

  • have experienced an acquired brain injury
  • Sixteen years or older
  • reside in the City of Hamilton or surrounding area
