Current Position Available:
Rehabilitation Facilitator, Part Time Weekends
Position: Rehabilitation Facilitator, Part Time Weekends
Shift: Rotating days/afternoons/overnights
Days: Saturday/Sunday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
Afternoons: Saturday/Sunday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Nights: Friday/Saturday 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
Service: Hamilton and Niagara Locations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of post secondary education in a related field or working towards the completion of post secondary education in a related field or related work and academic experience; one to two years related work experience with a background in individualized programming.
The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work independently. A high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and initiation are a must. Job requirements will include personal and attendant care. Must be able to take clinical direction (especially in the implementation of behavioural interventions and job coaching plans).
