  • Will I have to pay for your services?
    If you have available funds from a third party (e.g. auto insurance, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, etc.), we will contact them regarding your needs. If not, the services you need are funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
  • Do I need a referral from my doctor?
    No. We will send the application forms to you. We may need information from your doctor and we will ask your permission to review your records.
  • What kind of services do you offer?
    We have services ranging from fully supported residential to community outreach.
  • Will I have to change my family doctor or other professionals such as physiotherapist, speech therapist or occupational therapist once I start receiving services from Brain Injury Services?
    No. Brain Injury Services encourages you to keep your doctor and therapists if they are providing you with the best care.
