Brain Injury Services of Hamilton-Haldimand-Norfolk, Niagara
is a community agency providing rehabilitation services to individuals
with an acquired brain injury.
Operating since 1987, the agency offers a service continuum
extending from fully supported residential to community outreach
and day programs.
The Board of Directors invites applications for the volunteer
position of board member. The Board is in need of individuals
with business, financial management, or public relations experience
as well as experience providing service to the population we
serve.
Your role as a board member is to:
- Attend and actively participate in monthly Board meetings
and various committee meetings
- Represent the agency to the community
- Participate in agency functions and special events
- Assist in the development of new and current board members
by offering your acquired skills and life experiences to
the Board
As a strategic policy board, the Board develops long-range
plans and strategic directions for the agency. If you are a
