Rehabilitation Facilitators are employed in the different residential programs. Candidates must be team players who are also able to work independently. Job requirements include personal and attendant care. The incumbent will also provide individualized support, role-modeling, life skills coaching and social skills training. The individual will also learn how to implement personalized rehabilitation plans of service designed to promote independence.
Minimum Qualifications Include:
- Completion of post secondary education in a related field or working towards the completion of post secondary education in a related field or related work and academic experience
- One to two years related work experience with a background in individualized programming
