John Reesor Centre The John Reesor Centre is located in an established neighbourhood in West Hamilton. Individuals are provided with a structured supported living environment that facilitates independence. Community skills, personal growth and vocational pursuits are integrated into an overall service delivery plan and implemented in various community settings. Brain Injury Services of Hamilton has teamed up with Threshold School of Building in order to construct a Serenity Garden at the back of the John Reesor Centre. The garden is a beautiful and tranquil environment. |

Transitional Living Service The Transitional Living Service offers individuals the opportunity to transition from highly supportive residential services to independent living in the community. Individuals reside in their own apartments in a complex in Central Hamilton with ready access to transit, community conveniences and group services at our main office. With staff support, these individuals are responsible for household maintenance, meal preparation and the management of personal finances. |

Elmhurst Place Elmhurst Place offers support services to six individuals with behavioural and cognitive challenges in an established community environment on the east Hamilton Mountain. Elmhurst Place is fully accessible, facilitating maximum independence in all activities of daily living. A high staff ratio facilitates community integration, access to group services and meaningful activity. Elmhurst Place is our newest residential service and has been completely retro-fitted to maximize rehabilitation opportunities in a home environment. |

Tamarack Place Located in a mature North East St. Catharines neighbourhood, Tamarack has easy access to bus routes, parks and walking trails including the Welland Canal Recreational Trail. Tamarack provides support services for individuals with complex cognitive impairments. Staff are focused on empowering our participants to achieve a high level of independence and quality of live. |

Brimley Place The Brimley residence is located in the North-end of St. Catharines, only steps from Lake Ontario, parks and trails. Brimley provides support services for individuals who will transition to independent living. With staff support, these individuals are responsible for household maintenance, meal preparations and the development of independent living skills. |

York Place Located on a large property in rural Niagara-on-the-Lake, York Place is a residential rehabilitation program for individuals with complex behavioural needs. York Place is a six-bedroom house, which includes a fully accessible “flat” consisting of two bedrooms, washroom, living room and kitchenette. Individuals at York Place benefit onsite from the structured supported living environment and peaceful country setting. A high staff ratio facilitates access to the diverse opportunities of the Niagara Region, including avocational, vocational, and social activities, and provides concentrated support toward achieving behavioural and independence goals. |

Secord Place Situated in the historic community of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario among lush vineyards and fruit orchards, Secord Place provides 24 hour support for people with a broad range of personal care and medical needs on a long term basis.Individuals residing at Secord Place live in a home-like setting that is wheel chair accessible and are assisted through individualized plans that include functional and recreational activities designed to encourage daily independence, respect and dignity. |
